After a robbery goes wrong, a thief and a troubled orphan must rescue their kidnapped partner from a ruthless drug dealer and her charming hitman. The thief is back. James Clayton once again directs and stars as a thief who, along with his partner, steals some money from a ruthless drug dealer named Nushi. She doesn’t want people stealing from her. She also has thugs, corrupt cops, and a hitman named Cowboy (Lou Diamond Phillips) in her pocket. So the thief has to rescue the ice cream from a van. The man, who mentions jelly babies when he’s nervous, delivers a fast-paced B-movie straight to the point. It has a well-worn plot, good production value, but most of the characters are caricatures you’ve seen countless times before.
